Hyundai Sonata vs Elantra
Hyundai Sonata has been named the best-selling car of the month, with the Sonata surpassing the Elantra, Tucson, and Porter. Earlier, when the Sonata was launched in July 2021, for the first time, the car was named the best-selling car of the month, and the segment sedan did the same again in November 2021.
In July, Hyundai sold 163 units of the Sonata and 157 units of the Elantra. There is not much difference in the sales of the two vehicles.
In November, Hyundai sold 320 units of the Sonata and 244 units of the Elantra. Sonata units sold 30% more this month than the Elantra, a big difference.
The Sonata not only sold better than the Elantra but also became the best-selling car ever since its launch, which is great, but the question is, at the end of the year, while all the cars Sales are down, how is Sonata selling better than before? And the big question is how is Hyundai's most expensive sedan selling better than the cheaper sedan? How are people buying expensive cars?
Toyota Corolla vs Yaris

In October, Toyota sold 3,341 units of the Corolla and 2,037 units of the Yaris. In November, Toyota sold 2,786 units of the Corolla and 1,975 units of the Yaris.
How is it that an expensive sedan is selling better than another cheap sedan? How are people buying expensive cars even at the end of the year? This is an important question that needs to be understood.
